A man accused of stealing a truck at a convenience store is now facing a felony charge. on Monday to the Sheetz at 2100 County Home Road in reference to someone attempting to steal a 2006 Ford F 150 XLT valued at $7,500, according to a case report.
The vehicle was recovered, along with a 9mm Glock pistol with nine bullets and two magazines, one with 15 bullets and one with 14, as well as a 9mm Luger bullet, a wavelength charger and cord, a VUSE e cigarette and refill and Hype USB power bank. Those items all were valued at $410.
Travis Jerquintin Davis, 23, of 3402 Evans St., Apt. C, was arrested on scene, according to the report. Davis, whose address also is listed as 1117 W. Rowan St., Fayetteville, was booked at the Pitt County Detention Center under a $3,000 secured bond. Oct.
